Receiving a Computer in Jacksonville Florida

Below are the instructions you need to follow to receive a computer at the computer4Kids Inc., Office.

1. Appointment only. Contact Carolyn Whitfield at (904) 575-5041 to setup an appointment to receive a computer. Partnered with Buffalo Soldiers Jacksonville Chapter, our office is located at 1950 Silver Street Jacksonville Fl.

2. Bring copies application Program C4K Application

3. Bring the following items:

Proof of eligibility (e.g. Letter from the county stating type of assistance received) See more examples on our eligibility page.
Picture ID
Optional Cash donation. All computers are Pentium 4 or higher. Dual Core and Windows 7 computers may be available. Please ask for Carolyn Whitfield if you are interested.

4. You will be able to take your computer home with you the day you come in.
